We build collective visions at the village level, and offer mentorship on food systems, community rights and ridge-to-reef governance.

Fala Lamo works within the Wilayah Adat Sangadji Bicoli including the northern and southern peninsulas of Buli Bay, East Halmahera, as well as Halmahera’s interior forests of the O’Fongana Manyawa in East and Central Halmahera.
We believe in people-led development and participatory processes, always focusing on the strengths and aspirations of each landscape we work in.
